What is your dream (or dreams)?
My dream is to serve others through the gifts I have. I want to help people grow and develop so they reach their set goals. To be encouraging, supportive, provide guidance and have knowledge that will help them achieve these different plans and ideas they have. It is my dream to travel the world and help thousands of people along the way by doing what I love.
Who inspires you to dream bigger?
I am seriously truly inspired by my dad. He is so hard working and motivates me to chase after my goals. He inspires me to create dreams beyond my greatest imagining and helps me to create a game plan to make it happen. My dad has always used what he’s had to achieve great things. He doesn’t rely on anyone else but himself to progress and move forward.
What role does health and fitness play in helping you to achieve your dreams?
I am a true exercise junkie, if I am not active, my mental well being is impacted! Completing physical activity helps me to reset and clear my head. It majorly lifts my mood and I get motivated to be more productive each day. Exercise helps me to gain confidence in myself and my ability to achieve certain things. This transfers to my goals outside of health and fitness also. Recently I have enjoyed going to CrossFit in the morning as it is such a great start to the day. It sets me up for great productivity each day. Stretching and yoga is another practice that clears my mind and helps me to be in control of my thoughts. I also try to eat healthy meals each day that fuel my body and make me feel my best. Health and fitness sure does play a major role in my life and helps me to achieve my goals and dreams!
What is one lesson you have learnt that you think is worth sharing?
One lesson I have learnt, is that literally anything is possible if you truly want it! No one else is responsible for your achievements and progress. Only you can achieve your dreams. Create dreams beyond your greatest imagining and form small stepping stones that will get you there. There is no better time to start than now!
What tools do you use to help you follow your dreams?
I use different tools to help me stay on track with following my dreams. I listen to various podcasts and read books about self mastery, greater productivity, health, and happiness. These contain great knowledge and provide practical ways for how to become your best self and achieve your goals. Journaling helps me to sort out my mind and meditation rests my mind.
